Holiday Vegan Cheeseball

POV: That moment when you’ve created a holiday cheese ball masterpiece. 😙

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Pecans, or enough to cover the cheeseball

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tsp of garlic powder. Mix to combine.
  2. Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and place your cheese mixture in the middle.
  3. Form into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 8 hours or until firm.
  4. Remove from fridge and unwrap. 
  5. Grind the pecans into small pieces, about the size of a pea. 
  6. Roll the cheeseball in the crushed pecans until fully covered. 
  7. Place the cheeseball in the middle of a serving dish and surround with Sea Salt Popchips. 
  8. Enjoy!
