POV: That moment when you’ve created a holiday cheese ball masterpiece. 😙
What You'll Need:
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
- 16 oz vegan cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Pecans, or enough to cover the cheeseball
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tsp of garlic powder. Mix to combine.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and place your cheese mixture in the middle.
- Form into a ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 8 hours or until firm.
- Remove from fridge and unwrap.
- Grind the pecans into small pieces, about the size of a pea.
- Roll the cheeseball in the crushed pecans until fully covered.
- Place the cheeseball in the middle of a serving dish and surround with Sea Salt Popchips.
