What You'll Need:
- 2 cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea Salt Popchips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, flour, lemon juice & zest, worcestershire, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste. Blend.
- Add the artichokes, grated parmesan, & green onions and blend again.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and top with additional shredded parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions if desired, and serve with Sea Salt Popchips. Enjoy!
