Artichoke Dip

It’s giving big dip energy. 😋

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea Salt Popchips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, flour, lemon juice & zest, worcestershire, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste. Blend.
  4. Add the artichokes, grated parmesan, & green onions and blend again. 
  5. Pour into the prepared baking dish and top with additional shredded parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with green onions if desired, and serve with Sea Salt Popchips. Enjoy!
