Happy Halloween! 7-Layer Franken-dip, anyone? 🧟♂️
What You'll Need:
- 1 package cream cheese
- Sour Cream
- Taco seasoning packet
- Guacamole
- Pico de Gallo
- Shredded cheese
- Black beans
- Olives, sliced
- Sea Salt Popchips
Instructions:
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth and spread onto a dish in a rectangle shape, leaving room around the edges.
- Top the cream cheese mixture with prepared guacamole.
- Arrange pico de gallo along the outer edge of the dip.
- Top the pico de gallo with shredded cheese.
- Arrange black beans at the top of the mixture to create the 'hair'
- Apply 2 olive slices for 'eyes', several slices for the 'mouth', and one slice for the 'nose'.
- Add beans above the eyes to create 'eyebrows'.
- Arrange Sea Salt Popchips around the dip along the outer edge of the dish.
- Dig in and enjoy!
